Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your ALOHAS pieces, but if they aren't quite right, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Choose Your Method

  Select your preferred resolution, whether it is a size exchange, store credit with a bonus, or a refund to your original payment method.

• 3.
  Package and Label

  Download and print your pre-paid shipping label, then securely pack your items in their original ALOHAS box to ensure safe transit.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at the nearest authorized drop-off point and keep your tracking number handy while we process your request at our warehouse.
